Common use of Privacy Compliance Clause in Contracts

Privacy Compliance. When required under applicable Federal or state law to obtain the consent or authorization from a parent or guardian for the collection or use of Student Data pursuant to the LEA utilizing the Contractor to provide educational services, LEA is responsible for fulfilling any applicable consent requirement.
