Common use of Privacy Compliance Clause in Contracts

Privacy Compliance. Operator may receive Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from the District in the course of fulfilling its duties and obligations under the Service Agreement. The Operator shall comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to data privacy and security including FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and all other Texas privacy statutes cited in this DPA.
