Common use of Privacy and Data Protection Clause in Contracts

Privacy and Data Protection. (a) The Licensee acknowledges that it will be bound by the Information Privacy Principles, any applicable Code of Practice and the Health Privacy Principles (together, Privacy Obligations) with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Licensee in connection with this Licence in the same way and to the same extent as the Privacy Obligation would have applied to the School Council in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the School Council.
