Common use of Prior to Settlement Clause in Contracts

Prior to Settlement. the Buyer must not transfer, sell or assign its interest in this contract or transfer or sell the Lot without the consent of the Seller, which consent if granted may be subject to conditions reasonably required by the Seller.
