Prior Servicing. The servicing of each Receivable and the collection practices relating thereto have been lawful and in accordance with the standards set forth in the Collection Policy; other than the Servicer and any back up servicer arrangement that has been entered into in accordance with the provisions of the Transaction Documents, no other person has the right to service any Receivable.
