Common use of Prior Obligations Clause in Contracts

Prior Obligations. (a) Executive warrants and represents to the Company that his/her employment by the Company and execution and performance of this Agreement does not conflict with any prior obligations to third parties (including but not limited to any non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, or other obligation), and Executive agrees that he/she will not disclose to the Company any proprietary information of any former or concurrent employer, unless consented to by such employer. Any violation of this Section 22(a) by Executive may result in the immediate termination of his/her employment with the Company.
