Prior Commitments. Employee has no other agreements, relationships, or commitments to any other person or entity that conflict with Employee’s obligations to the Company under this Agreement.

Employee hereby represents and warrants that Employee is under no contractual or legal commitments that would prevent Employee from fulfilling the duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement. Employee has provided copies to the Company of any employment agreements, non-competition agreements or other agreements that Employee previously signed that might arguably restrict Employee’s right to work for the Company, the services that Employee may provide to the Company, or the information that Employee may disclose to the Company or use in the course and scope of his employment with the Company.
Prior Commitments. The covenants set forth in this Section 7 supplement, and do not supersede, the covenants contained in any other agreement between the Executive and the Company (other than the Termination Agreement).
