Common use of Prior Agreements; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreements; Amendments. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties as to the subject matter covered hereunder including the Former Agreement, and this Agreement may not be amended, altered, changed or terminated orally. No amendment, alteration, change or attempted waiver of any of the provisions hereof shall be binding without the written consent of all parties, and such amendment, alteration, change, termination or waiver shall in no way affect the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, which in all other respects shall remain in full force.
