Common use of Prior Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreement. By entering into this Agreement, the parties agree that that certain letter of engagement, dated September 19, 2025, entered into between the same parties hereof, shall automatically terminate and cease to have any effect whatsoever and shall be superseded in its entirety by this Agreement.
