PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION. Within sixty (60) days after this Agreement is ratified by the Association and approved by the Board/Association, copies shall be printed by the Board and distributed to each employee by the Association. Additionally, a maximum of an extra fifty (50) copies shall be printed and retained by the Association and the Board. The expense of such printing shall be borne equally by the Association and the Board. All new employees shall receive a copy of this Agreement from the Association upon their employment.
