Prime Contractors. The term “Prime Contractor” shall mean XL Construction, Rxxxxxx & Sxxxxxx, DPR or Dome Construction or such other licensed general contractor selected by Tenant and reasonably approved by Landlord with respect to the Interior Improvements.
