Common use of Primary Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Primary Vehicle. Subject to the other terms in this Article 2, the parties agree that, during the Term, the TERP Group will serve as the primary vehicle through which the Brookfield Group will acquire Operating Renewable Assets within the Territory.
