Pricing Confidentiality. This Agreement, any and all pricing and discounts contained herein, and any related proposals or correspondence between Customer and CSC shall be considered confidential information. Customer agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may disclose such information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations set forth herein. Customer agrees to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of and avoid disclosure or use of such confidential information in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of persons other than those persons authorized hereunder to have any such information, which measures shall include the highest degree of care that it utilizes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature.
Pricing Confidentiality. The prices contained in this Agreement are considered confidential and disclosure of this information shall be treated consistently with the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed between the Parties.
Pricing Confidentiality. OETC agrees to keep Contractor’s pricing information confidential. Pricing shall only be released to eligible purchasing entities through secure web authentication or direct email communication.
Pricing Confidentiality. QTX agrees to keep pricing confidential, and will not disclose such information to any third parties without STRATEC’s prior written consent, subject to the confidentiality exclusions set forth in Section 10 herein.
