Prices to Distributor. The purchase prices for the Products shall be the prices specified in Schedule A, as such Schedule A may be amended from time to time during the term hereof by the Company on each January 1, in its sole discretion, on sixty (60) days calendar days’ prior written Notice to the Distributor; provided, however, that, within the ten (10) calendar days following the date of such Notice by the Company, the Distributor may order, at the previously prevailing prices, such quantities of the Products as are reasonably needed by the Distributor during the thirty (30) calendar day period immediately following the date of such Notice to fill contracts and outstanding quotations existing on the date of the Company’s Notice of such price changes.

Prices to Distributor. The price for each unit of Products purchased hereunder by Distributor shall be set according to the prices established between the Parties (and shall be reviewed annually by the Parties). Supplier may increase the price of the Products provided that Supplier notifies Distributor of such increase at least ninety (90) days prior to the effectiveness of any such price increase. Supplier shall use its reasonable efforts to maintain reasonable prices for its Products.
Prices to Distributor. During the term of this Agreement, prices to Distributor for the Company Products shall be as stated in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Company may change its prices to Distributor from time to time upon at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Prices as stated in Exhibit A or amendments thereto are not necessarily all-inclusive and do not specifically include, without limitation, those costs, fees and charges otherwise allocated to Distributor under this Agreement and in accordance with the delivery terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate writing.
Prices to Distributor. (i) During the term of this Agreement, based on each request for quotation from Distributor specifying the type of GigOptix Solution, Semiconductor Products, and any other relevant information (including but not limited to quantity, lead time, and/or requested Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) or other services), GigOptix shall prepare a quote for Distributor setting forth the pricing and the information requested for each GigOptix Solution, Semiconductor Products, or service. Because Semiconductor Products are customized to each application, GigOptix will provide a quotation to Distributor after all the necessary technical information is provided to GigOptix by Distributor.

Prices to Distributor. The price payable by Distributor for the Products shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, or as otherwise established by Supplier, from time to time, at Supplier’s sole discretion, provided Supplier has delivered fifteen (15) days written notice of the same to Distributor.
Prices to Distributor. Wholesale pricing to the distributor is in US dollars. Distributor pricing is based on volume and comes in 3 levels, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Whereas the Bronze pricing is based on an order of 500 units, Silver is based order of 501-1000 and Gold pricing is based on a level of 1001-5000 units. Minimum quantity order is 500 units with minimum quantity for any one product is 100 units. Pricing may change due to market conditions, currency changes, inflation, labor increases or raw material increases.

  • Payments to the Distributor In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution assistance services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard.
