PRICES AND QUOTATIONS. Orders for the goods will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of Seller’s acceptance of Xxxxx’s order, unless otherwise specified in Seller’s written quotation to Buyer. These terms allocate the product failure risks between the parties, which are reflected in the prices for the goods. Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified, and represent no obligation until the order issued by Buyer in response to the quote is acknowledged and accepted by Seller. The prices and Seller’s performance under an order are subject to resource availability and costs within Seller’s control at the time of manufacture of the goods covered by such order. Seller may adjust prices and shipment dates specified in an order before it accepts the order. Seller may change its published prices and other standard terms of sale at any time, but the change will not affect any order properly accepted by Seller and requested for immediate shipment before the effective date of the change.
PRICES AND QUOTATIONS. 3.1. Quotations from the SUPPLIER are valid for a period of thirty (30) days (unless otherwise stated) from the date of issue. The prices given in any quotation by the SUPPLIER are applicable to that quotation only and will not apply to future purchases.

All quotations issued by GEHC for the supply of Products and/or Services shall remain open for acceptance for the period stated in the quotation or, if none is stated, for sixty (60) days. In all other cases, prices payable are those currently in effect in GEHC´s then current pricelist, which may include charges for handling, freight, packaging, insurance and minimum orders.

The prices shown may be subject to adjustment by Seller prior to shipment to reflect any extraordinary changes in material costs or availability. Seller reserves the right to make corrections due to any typographical or engineering errors, or because of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by Buyer. All prices include VAT, materials and equipment. • Merry Maids reserves the right to amend any quotation given, should requirements change or due to any missing or incorrect information provided. • Apart from price increases outside of our control e.g. VAT, excessive increases in fuel costs, our prices will be fixed for the first year of service to you. Merry Maids will review this on each anniversary of our service to you. • If maids have arrived at a property and are unable to access the property or a client delays the start of a clean, this could result in additional charges being incurred.
