Price Review. 4.1. The Contractor may request a price review on each contract anniversary date after the second anniversary of the framework (the Price Review Date) by submitting to the Authority a list of Prices it wishes to review together with written evidence of the justification for any requested variation. In the event of an increase the following information should be provided:
4.1.1. a breakdown of the profit and cost components that comprise the relevant Price;
4.1.2. details and reasons the movement in the different identified cost components of the relevant Price;
4.1.3. details of the drivers that contribute to the costs as highlighted in “Schedule 1b (Technical Response) – Managed Print Services and Solutions”; and
4.1.4. evidence that the Contractor has attempted to mitigate against an increase (if applicable) in the relevant cost components.
4.2. Notwithstanding clause 4.1 above, the Price shall otherwise remain fixed for the term of the Framework Agreement except where:4.1
4.2.1. the Contractor, at their sole discretion, reduces the price: or
4.2.2. the Authority has provided the Contractor with benchmarked prices in accordance with clause 5 (Benchmarking).
Price Review. 3.1 Prices shall be considered firm for the first 12 months of the Contract.
3.2 Thereafter the Prices may be subject to annual review in accordance with the movement over the previous 12 months on the most recently published CPI (Consumer Price Index) as published by the Office for National Statistics. Any price increase indicated through use of the stated index shall represent the maximum allowable. The Commissioner shall require reasonable evidence to satisfy itself of the appropriateness of such a price review and where the index has reduced may seek a reduction in price.
3.3 The Contractor shall not give less than 90 days notice in writing of the proposed price variation to the Commissioner.
3.4 The Contractor’s application shall be accompanied by information which details the increases in costs that have been incurred in respect of the performance of the Contract after the commencement, or the anniversary thereof, or the implementation of the last price increase (whichever is the most recent). The Commissioner cannot consider any application without such supportive information.
3.5 Where the Commissioner does not judge the information accompanying the application to be supportive of the proposed price or where its own review of the market identifies a different price level or trend in price movement to that included in the Contractors application, the Commissioner may:
3.5.1 Reject the application, in such case the current price under the Contract shall continue to apply.
3.5.2 Propose a reduced level of price increase which may be introduced with the agreement of the Contractor. In the event of the Contractor’s agreement not being given, the current price shall continue to apply until agreement between the parties is reached. The agreed price shall be implemented not less than one month after the date of its acceptance by both parties.
3.6 Any price increase accepted by the Commissioner shall be fixed for at least 12 months.
Price Review. Contractor and Customer will meet every three (3) months, during the term of this Agreement to review pricing and determine the actions required by both sides in order to achieve cost reduction. The new prices that will be agreed to and the said new prices will come into effect, will be reflected in the Purchase Orders submitted after such review.
Price Review. The price of the Products shall be reviewed and agreed quarterly before the ending of every quarter in order for the prices to be firm for deliveries during the following quarter. The basis for the price review shall be:
(i) significant changes in volumes, and/or;
(ii) fluctuations in the exchange rate as defined below, and/or;
(iii) changes to the Specification, and/or;
(iv) increased production efficiency including but not limited to "The learning curve advantage", and/or;
(v) changes in the price of the components.

At the quarterly price review meetings Supplier will describe and specify the changes made during the quarter. The different price shall be passed on to Sony Ericsson at the aforementioned fixed exchange rate as defined in GSPA.
Price Review. HUGE shall review its pricing on an ad-hoc basis and shall give the Reseller sufficient notice of its intention to do so. Once the parties have agreed on the reviewed pricing, the pricing shall be implemented 30 (thirty) days after the agreed upon date.
Price Review. 6.2.1 There shall be no increase in the prices set out in the Pricing Schedule for the first 12 months of the Framework Agreement. Thereafter, the Contractor may submit an application in writing to the SPCB to increase the prices set out in the Pricing Schedule provided that any such increase, expressed as a percentage, does not exceed the average monthly percentage increase (if any) in the Office for National Statistics’ Consumer Price Index (CPI(X)) in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the application. Only one such application may be made in each successive 12 month period for the Term of the Framework Agreement.
6.2.2 On receipt of the Contractor’s application the SPCB may, at its sole discretion, either:- accept the increase; or request that the Contractor demonstrates to its reasonable satisfaction, by providing full and detailed supporting evidence, that any increase is justified on the grounds of the effect of inflation.
6.2.3 Any increase in the price agreed in terms of this Condition shall apply from the relevant application date.
Price Review. Membership fees are reviewed annually. Notices will be displayed at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre and Runnymede Leisure Centre advising price increases at least one month before any changes are implemented. All Direct Debit customers will receive written notification of revised fees and price increases.
Price Review. 3.1 The Supplier may review its Services Ceiling Prices and upload any changes in the rates to the eProjects Panel Portal.

8.2.1. The Seller may review the Maximum Fees under the Price Review mechanism (if any) set out for each Module under section 6 of these Part A - Panel Terms.
8.2.2. Part C - Module Specific Terms may specify additional requirements for reviews under clause 8.2.1 that apply to Products and Services within a Module or Category.
