Price of the Property. There can be two separate list prices on the Faira Platform, one for the Buyer who doesn’t have an agent, effectively releasing Seller from paying brokerage fees on behalf of the Buyer; the other list price adjusts to acknowledge Buyer is utilizing the services of an agent. Seller understands that this is equivalent to the Buyer opting to use an agent for a fee. For the Buyer’s convenience, the advertised price on the Platform includes the Platform Fee, in addition to the Buyer’s agent commission, if applicable.

Price of the Property. This agreement expresses the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all previous agreements between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. There are no other understandings, oral or written, which in any way alter or enlarge its terms, and there are no warranties or representations of any nature whatsoever, either expressed or implied, except as set forth herein. Any future modification of this Agreement will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the party to be charged. The obligations under this agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of the first anniversary of the date of this agreement or the date of closing any transaction regarding the Property between us, provided that you purchase less than all of the Property, your obligations under this Agreement shall only terminate with respect to the property purchased by you. Price of the Property the price that the Buyer will pay for the Property, as stated in Appendix C in this Agreement;
Price of the Property. 4.1. In return for the fulfillment of the undertakings of the Seller as set out the Agreement, the Buyer undertakes to pay to the Seller an amount of NIS 101,571,340 (in words: one hundred and one million and five hundred and seventy-one thousand and three hundred and forty new Israeli shekels). Linkage differentials to the cost of building index, within their meaning hereunder, shall be added to the said amount (hereinabove and hereinafter: the "Consideration" or "Price of the Property") and in addition to VAT as stated in Section 4.2 hereunder. (Note: The Consideration does not include the operational area to which the provisions of the Addendum of this Agreement shall apply).
Price of the Property. The tenant will need to know the purchase price of the property so she can make a decision about purchasing it. This may be as easy as stating a dollar value for the property right in the option to purchase clause or document. However, most parties will not choose this strategy because it is difficult to accurately forecast the value of a specific property. More likely, the price will be determined by an appraisal to be performed at the time that the option is exercised. Or, it could be determined by a formula. Regardless of what method the parties choose, the document should be very clear about how the price is determined.
