Price of the Property. There can be two separate list prices on the Faira Platform, one for the Buyer who doesn’t have an agent, effectively releasing Seller from paying brokerage fees on behalf of the Buyer; the other list price adjusts to acknowledge Buyer is utilizing the services of an agent. Seller understands that this is equivalent to the Buyer opting to use an agent for a fee. For the Buyer’s convenience, the advertised price on the Platform includes the Platform Fee, in addition to the Buyer’s agent commission, if applicable.
