Price of Shares. The undersigned understands that the price of the Shares offered hereby bear no relation to the assets, book value or net worth of the Company and were determined arbitrarily by the Company. The undersigned further understands that there is a substantial risk of further dilution on his or its investment in the Company.
Price of Shares a. Shares offered for sale or sold by the Distributor for the account of the Corporation shall be so offered or sold at a price per Share determined in accordance with the then current prospectus relating to the sale of such Shares except as departure from such prices shall be permitted by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
Price of Shares. All Shares offered for sale or sold by the Distributor shall be sold at the net asset value per share as determined in the manner provided in the Fund's Registration Statement and then current prospectus and statement of additional information.
Price of Shares. The price at which the Shares of the Fund may be sold to the public shall be the net asset value per share as determined in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act plus the applicable initial sales charge, if any, computed as set forth in the Fund's Registration Statement.
Price of Shares. The Subscriber understands that the price of the Shares offered hereby bear no relation to the assets, book value or net worth of the Company and were determined arbitrarily by the Company.
Price of Shares. The number of shares as to which the Option is granted is the number set forth in Schedule 3A to this Agreement. The purchase price per share is the amount set forth in Schedule 3B to this Agreement. Expiration Date. Unless sooner terminated as provided in Section 5.4, Section 9 or Section 10 of the Plan, the Option shall expire and terminate on the date set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement, and in no event shall the Option be exercisable after that date.
Price of Shares. The purchase price for the Shares is Eleven Million Seven Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Eight and 38/100 United States Dollars ($11,000,000.00) (xxx "Xxrchase Price").
Price of Shares. The purchase price per share, if any, is the amount set forth in Schedule 2B to this Agreement. This Agreement shall expire and shall be null and void to the extent Participant fails to pay the purchase price, if any, for the Restricted Stock in the manner specified by the Plan by the 30th day following the date of grant.
Price of Shares. In consideration of the transfer of the Shares, the Parties have agreed to a Fixed Price of Two Hundred Nineteen Million Ninety Five Thousand French Francs (FF 219,095,000), subject to any adjustment as may be required in accordance with Article 2.2.3 of this Agreement.
Price of Shares. The Purchaser understands that the price of the Shares offered hereby was determined by the Company without reference to the assets or book value of the Company. The Purchaser further understands that there is a substantial risk of further dilution of such Purchaser’s investment in the Company.
