Price Levels. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Enrollment regarding “Price Levels”, Microsoft will invoice Institutions’ reseller for Level B as long as the minimum Order Requirements identified are attained. Price level will also be applied to additional orders ie. Step-up sku. There are no price levels for Additional Products. Institution’s price level will not change during the term of the Enrollment or at renewal or extension.
