Price Information. The Custodian may, from time to time, provide information on statements or reports showing pricing or values of Securities held for the Client. The Client agrees that the Custodian is not responsible under this Agreement for the pricing or valuation of any Securities. The Client agrees that the Custodian has no responsibility to independently verify such prices or similar data, and the Custodian has no liability for the availability or accuracy of any price or similar data obtained from any pricing source.
Price Information. Primary Dealer shall maintain price quotations for Benchmark Bonds in the manner determined by the Primary Dealer Committee. Primary Dealer undertakes to provide State Treasury and any relevant market authority with the data required and gives its consent to publish such data by State Treasury or any relevant market authority.
Price Information. For membership subscriptions renewed via NFU CallFirst, post or a group office the Price displayed on an application form will prevail, for new membership subscriptions the price quoted by an NFU representative will prevail. You can either make a one-off payment for a one year membership subscription or make on-going direct debit payments. NFU reserves the right to increase the price of the membership subscription on an annual basis. You will be informed of any price increase within your renewal letter. If we discover an error in the price of your membership subscription, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible. If you are informed of the error prior to becoming an NFU member or prior to your Direct Debit being taken or of you confirming your membership renewal by paying for it, you will have the option of reconfirming your membership at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for your membership subscription at the incorrect price, it will be honoured.
Price Information. (a) The provision of notarial services and dealing with translations, apostilles and consular legalisation can involve a wide range of factors depending on the nature of your instructions and the particular requirements of the recipients of our notarial acts around the world.
Price Information a) All pricing information shall be addressed ONLY in the Price Proposal Volume (Volume IV). The electronic version of Schedule B shall be in both Microsoft Excel, Word and a pdf. Electronic version of the Milestone Payment Schedule (MPS) shall be submitted in Microsoft Excel and pdf. Prices shall be provided in whole-dollar amounts in both the hardcopy and electronic version of Schedule B of the RFP and in the MPS. The Offeror shall provide the proposed total amount of construction for each Sub-Contract Line Item Number (sub-CLIN) and include a milestone for the construction bonding fee. Sub- CLIN construction amounts and bonding fee amounts shall be totaled and provided for evaluation of bonding requirements.
