Price Increase Protection Clause Samples

The Price Increase Protection clause serves to safeguard a party from unexpected or excessive price hikes during the term of an agreement. Typically, this clause sets limits on how much and how often prices for goods or services can be raised, sometimes tying increases to an external index or requiring advance notice before any adjustment. Its core function is to provide cost predictability and financial stability, ensuring that the buyer is not exposed to sudden or unreasonable increases in expenses.
