Price Bids definition

Price Bids means the Financial Proposal submitted by the Bidders in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Examples of Price Bids in a sentence

  • The Price Bids of only those Bidders will be opened whose Technical Bids would clear the technical evaluation.

  • The Price Bids will remain unopened and will be held in custody of the Employer until the specified time of their opening.

  • Price Bids, both Original and Modification, will remain unopened in accordance with IB 23.1. The Bidders’ representatives who are present shall be requested to sign the record.

  • Only Price Bids and discounts, read out and recorded during the opening of Price Bids shall be considered for evaluation.

  • Price Bids of only those tenderers shall be opened whose technical bids qualify, at a time and place of which notice will be given.

Related to Price Bids

  • Price Bid means the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder, in accordance with Clause 8.15.2;

  • Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.

  • The Bidder means the individual or firm who participates in this tender and submits its bid.

  • Eligible Bidder(s) means Bidder(s) who are eligible in terms of this E-Auction Process Memorandum, provisions of IBC and provisions of the Liquidation Process Regulations;

  • Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects

  • Alternative Bid means a response to a bid that does not meet the exact requirements of the specification but offers an alternative for consideration. An alternative bid is submitted with an intentional variation to a provision, specification, term or condition of the solicitation. This alternative, in the opinion of the bidder, achieves the same end result. Alternative bids may be rejected as non-responsive.

  • Price Band in case of Book Building means Floor Price with an upper limit of 40% above the Floor Price, allowing Bidder to make Bid at Floor Price or within the Price Band.

  • Eligible bidder means a person who is:

  • Responsive Bid means a Bid that complies with each of the provisions of this RFB, or is either an alternative bid or a bid with an exception, if accepted by the Agency.

  • Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.

  • Contract base bid means the total dollar amount a contractor bids on a contract without factoring any bid incentive or percentage reductions to the bid amount.

  • Invitation for bids means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting bids.

  • Competitive bidding means a transparent process for procurement of equipment, services and works in which bids are invited by the project developer by open advertisement covering the scope and specifications of the equipment, services and works required for the project, and the terms and conditions of the proposed contract as well as the criteria by which bids shall be evaluated, and shall include domestic competitive bidding and international competitive bidding;

  • Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Return Bid has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Competitive Bid Margin means the margin above or below the applicable Eurodollar Base Rate offered for a Eurodollar Bid Rate Loan, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) to be added or subtracted from such Eurodollar Base Rate.

  • Discount Range Prepayment Notice means a written notice of a Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers made pursuant to Section 2.11(a)(ii)(C) substantially in the form of Exhibit K.

  • Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Discount Range Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).

  • Competitive Bid means a bid in terms of a competitive bidding process;

  • Discount Range has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(a)(ii)(C).

  • Discount Range Prepayment Offer means the written offer by a Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit K, submitted in response to an invitation to submit offers following the Auction Agent’s receipt of a Discount Range Prepayment Notice.

  • Competitive Bid Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Bid, the Margin or the Fixed Rate, as applicable, offered by the Lender making such Competitive Bid.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • bid means a written offer in a prescribed or stipulated form in response to an invitation by an organ of state for the provision of goods or services, through price quotations, advertised competitive bidding processes or proposals;

  • Competitive Bid Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from a Competitive Bid Advance made by such Lender.
