Price Applicability. The purchase price of Bombardier Parts shall be the applicable price set forth in the Spare Parts Price Catalogue at time of receipt by Bombardier of Buyer’s Order or as quoted by Bombardier to Buyer upon request. If Buyer requests accelerated production, delivery or special handling for Bombardier Parts not taken into account in the price set out in the Spare Parts Price Catalogue for such Bombardier Parts, Bombardier may increase the price from the original quotation to cover any additional costs to Bombardier resulting from such accelerated production, delivery or special handling.
