Common use of Previous Employment Clause in Contracts

I acknowledge and agree that I have a continuing obligation to protect and safeguard the proprietary information of my former employer(s), if any. I agree to read my agreement(s), if any, with my former employers(s) with respect to proprietary information and to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth therein.
