Previous Agreement. 9.1 This Agreement shall be in substitution for any previous contracts, agreements, arrangements or understandings between the Company and the Executive concerning or relating to the provisions of services by the Executive (whether as employee or consultant or otherwise) and any such contracts, agreements, arrangements or understandings are hereby terminated.
