Common use of Previous Agreement Clause in Contracts

Previous Agreement. This letter, upon acceptance by you, expressly supersedes any and all previous agreements or understandings relating to your employment by the Company, and all such agreements and understandings shall, as of the date of your acceptance, have no further force or effect.
