Prevention of and release from arrest. to pay and discharge or procure the payment and discharge of all debts damages and liabilities whatsoever which have given or may give rise to maritime or possessory liens on or claims enforceable against the Ship, unless contested in good faith, and in event of arrest of the Ship pursuant to legal process or in event of her detention in exercise or purported exercise of any such lien as aforesaid to procure the release of the Ship from such arrest or detention forthwith upon receiving notice thereof by providing bail or otherwise as the circumstances may require;
