Common use of Prevailing Parties Clause in Contracts

Prevailing Parties. Following a Change of Control, any party which prevails in a lawsuit pertaining to the enforcement or interpretation of any provision of this Plan shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney's fees incurred by such party with respect to the lawsuit, in addition to any other remedies to which the party is entitled under the law, from the opposing party to such lawsuit.
