Pressure Gauges. Pressure gauges shall be the bourdon tube type with solid front cases, 4-1/2 dials, stainless xxxxx xovements and nylon bearings. Gauges shall have 1/2 inch NPT bottom connections. Gauges shall be provided with pigtail syphons for steam service, snubbers for pulsating flow and diaphragm seals for corrosive or severe service.
Pressure Gauges. Locate pressure gauges upstream and downstream of each PRV, at building entrances, at discharge of each pump and at top floor branches from the risers.
Pressure Gauges. Vessel to be equipped with pressure gauges at each discharge manifold which will be maintained in a proper working condition and each gauge shall have a valid test certificate.
Pressure Gauges. Gauges shall be entirely made of stainless steel and shall have 100 mm diameter white dials, back blowout protection and seals where application requires them. Where excessive vibration is probable, liquid filled dampening devices shall be used. Snubbers shall be provided for pulsating/oscillating services. Over range protectors shall be provided where the design pressure of vessel/system exceeds the maximum over range pressure. Ranges shall be: 0-1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 16, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160, 250, 400, 600, 1000 kg/cm2 gauge. Minus 1 kg/cm2 to 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 kg/cm2.
Pressure Gauges. Pressure gauges shall be fitted with an isolating cock, shall be vibration and shock resistant and shall be calibrated to read with an accuracy of ±1% of the indicated pressure. Three 20mm minimum diameter ball valves shall be employed to zero the gauge, to isolate it and to vent to atmosphere. A chemical seal shall be used to insulate the gauge from the media being measured. The faceplate diameters of the pressure gauges shall be at least 100 mm. The gauges shall indicate the water pressure in kilopascal and shall have a range of a maximum of 50% higher than the normal maximum working pressure. All gauge glass must conform to internationally recognized standards. These standards include DIN 7081, BS 3463 and JIS B 8211. A calibration certificate is to be provided with each pressure gauge.
Pressure Gauges. 1 Xxxxxxxx, No. 1010, 110 mm (4-1/2”) diameter gauges .2 All gauges to be c/w a gauge cock.
Pressure Gauges. If used to manually operate the system, pressure gauges shall be simplex for indicating gauge pressure. Only pressure gauges utilizing a C-type xxxxxxx tube as the elastic element shall be used for nitrogen service. The bore diameter throughout the element shall be not less than .025 inch. Liquid filled gauges shall not be used for nitrogen service. The gauge shall have a circular scale; dial configuration, style, pointer rotation and pointer interface shall be in accordance with ANSI B40.1.
Pressure Gauges. Pressure gauges shall be Xxxxxxx tube type with 100mm diameter dial with needle pointer, normal operating pointer, brass casing, bronze syphon and bronze gauge cock, all suitable for the working pressure of the system. Each gauge shall be calibrated in kPa from Zero to 1.5 times the working pressure at the point selected, all to the Engineer or his Representative’s approval. All pressure gauges shall be fully tropicalized and fitted with a red indicating needle set to show the normal operating position.
Pressure Gauges. A. U.L. listed and labeled for fire protection sprinkler service, 3½ inch dial, 0-300 psi scale with 5 psi increments, dual range twice the system working pressure, moisture and weather resistant, ¼" bottom connection, shut-off valve, phosphor bronze tube, and brass socket. Mount pressure gauge on ½", 3-way valves.
Pressure Gauges. Xxxxxxx or equivalent type pressure gauge of range 0-27 kg/ cm2 shall be used to record the pressure in the pipe line. A connection of 25mm dia. G.I. pipe line shall be taken from main pipe line to the adjacent pressure chamber for recording the pressure.
