Press Releases and Public Announcements. MAMP and the Company agree that they shall not issue any press release, public statement or any other public disclosure concerning this Agreement, the Merger or the Other Merger Transactions without the prior written consent of the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MAMP may, without obtaining the Company’s consent, issue a press release, public statement or other public disclosure concerning this Agreement, the Merger or the Other Merger Transactions as may be required by applicable Law; provided, that, prior to making such announcement, MAMP shall have delivered a draft of such press release, public statement or disclosure to the Company and shall have given the Company reasonable opportunity to comment thereon.
