PRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. The Company agrees that StartEngine shall, from and after any closing, have the right to reference the Offering and StartEngine's role in connection therewith in StartEngine's marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense. Provided, however, in the event of any material dispute between the parties under the Agreement, or upon the Company's reasonable objection to any such reference made by written notice to StartEngine, StartEngine shall cease and desist from referencing the Offering upon Company's written request to terminate such reference on its website and elsewhere.
