Preset Play Mode. Tap on any preset in the Preset home page you wish to play. Then, tap on Enter to enter to play mode. Tap play to play the created playlist. Tick Repeat to repeat playlist/Looping Tick Burst to set the numbers of repeat/loop. In this example the burst is set to 3 。 This means the playlist will repeat 3 times then stop. Interval is the break time between each loop. In this example the interval for each loop is set to 60 seconds. This means the playlist will stop for 60 seconds before start to play the next loop.   • Interest on Fixed Rate Notes Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest. Interest will be payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year up to (and including) the Maturity Date. If the Notes are in definitive form, except as provided in the applicable Final Terms, the amount of interest payable on each Interest Payment Date in respect of the Fixed Interest Period ending on (but excluding) such date will amount to the Fixed Coupon Amount. Payments of interest on any Interest Payment Date will, if so specified in the applicable Final Terms, amount to the Broken Amount so specified. As used in the Conditions, Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date. Except in the case of Notes in definitive form where an applicable Fixed Coupon Amount or Broken Amount is specified in the applicable Final Terms, interest shall be calculated in respect of any period by applying the Rate of Interest to:

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Notes If this Note is specified on the face hereof as a “Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note”, this Note will bear interest at the rate determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases: (1) plus or minus the applicable Spread, if any; and/or (2) multiplied by the applicable Spread Multiplier, if any. Commencing on the first Interest Reset Date, the rate at which this Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note is payable will be reset as of each Interest Reset Date; provided, however, that: (A) the interest rate in effect for the period, if any, from the Original Issue Date to the first Interest Reset Date will be the Initial Interest Rate specified on the face hereof; and (B) the interest rate in effect commencing on the Fixed Rate Commencement Date will be the Fixed Interest Rate, if specified on the face hereof, or, if not so specified, the interest rate in effect on the day immediately preceding the Fixed Rate Commencement Date.

  • Interest on Floating Rate Notes (a) Interest Payment Dates Each Floating Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and such interest will be payable in arrear on either:

  • Determination of Interest Rate Basis The Calculation Agent shall determine the rate derived from each Interest Rate Basis in accordance with the following provisions.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.

  • Fixed Rate The Lenders, the Agent and the Borrower agree that as soon as the Fixed Rate shall have been determined, the Agent shall inform the Borrower by issuing to the Borrower a Notice of Fixed Rate. Upon such issuance the Borrower’s obligation will be to pay interest on the Loan (except in respect of the Delayed Principal Amount) at the Fixed Rate from the Conversion Date and, until such date, at the Floating Interest Rate.

  • Variable Registry-­‐Level Fee If the ICANN accredited registrars (accounting, in the aggregate, for payment of two-thirds of all registrar-level fees (or such portion of ICANN accredited registrars necessary to approve variable accreditation fees under the then-current registrar accreditation agreement), do not approve, pursuant to the terms of their registrar accreditation agreements with ICANN, the variable accreditation fees established by the ICANN Board of Directors for any ICANN fiscal year, upon delivery of notice from ICANN, Registry Operator shall pay to ICANN a variable registry-level fee, which shall be paid on a fiscal quarter basis, and shall accrue as of the beginning of the first fiscal quarter of such ICANN fiscal year (the “Variable Registry-Level Fee”). The fee will be calculated and invoiced by ICANN on a quarterly basis, and shall be paid by Registry Operator within sixty (60) calendar days with respect to the first quarter of such ICANN fiscal year and within twenty (20) calendar days with respect to each remaining quarter of such ICANN fiscal year, of receipt of the invoiced amount by ICANN. The Registry Operator may invoice and collect the Variable Registry-Level Fees from the registrars that are party to a registry-registrar agreement with Registry Operator (which agreement may specifically provide for the reimbursement of Variable Registry-Level Fees paid by Registry Operator pursuant to this Section 6.3); provided, that the fees shall be invoiced to all ICANN accredited registrars if invoiced to any. The Variable Registry-Level Fee, if collectible by ICANN, shall be an obligation of Registry Operator and shall be due and payable as provided in this Section 6.3 irrespective of Registry Operator’s ability to seek and obtain reimbursement of such fee from registrars. In the event ICANN later collects variable accreditation fees for which Registry Operator has paid ICANN a Variable Registry-Level Fee, ICANN shall reimburse the Registry Operator an appropriate amount of the Variable Registry-Level Fee, as reasonably determined by ICANN. If the ICANN accredited registrars (as a group) do approve, pursuant to the terms of their registrar accreditation agreements with ICANN, the variable accreditation fees established by the ICANN Board of Directors for a fiscal year, ICANN shall not be entitled to a Variable-Level Fee hereunder for such fiscal year, irrespective of whether the ICANN accredited registrars comply with their payment obligations to ICANN during such fiscal year. The amount of the Variable Registry-Level Fee will be specified for each registrar, and may include both a per-registrar component and a transactional component. The per‑registrar component of the Variable Registry-Level Fee shall be specified by ICANN in accordance with the budget adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors for each ICANN fiscal year. The transactional component of the Variable Registry-Level Fee shall be specified by ICANN in accordance with the budget adopted by the ICANN Board of Directors for each ICANN fiscal year but shall not exceed US$0.25 per domain name registration (including renewals associated with transfers from one ICANN accredited registrar to another) per year.

  • Interest Rate Basis Interest on this Note will be determined by reference to the applicable Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases, which may, as described below, include the CD Rate, the CMT Rate, the Commercial Paper Rate, the Constant Maturity Swap Rate, the Federal Funds Open Rate, the Federal Funds Rate, LIBOR, the Prime Rate or the Treasury Rate (each as defined below).
