Preservation, Return and Destruction Clause Samples

Preservation, Return and Destruction. Supplier shall preserve ABA Data in accordance with ABA’s instructions and requests, including without limitation any retention schedules and/or litigation hold orders provided by ABA to Supplier, independent of where the ABA Data is stored (specifically, and without limitation, even where such ABA Data resides with or is held, processed or stored by a service provider, sub-contractor, vendor, or other third party). Supplier shall participate in telephone and Internet conferences related to accessing and downloading of such ABA Data.
