Preservation Markers a. Any legal land subdivision survey corners and witness objects are to be preserved. If such are destroyed or disturbed, the Contractor shall at his own expense reestablish them by a licensed land surveyor in accordance with U.S. General Land Office standards. Corners and/or witness objects that must be disturbed or destroyed in the process of road construction or logging shall be adequately referenced and/or replaced in accordance with RCW 58.24.040(8). Such references must be approved by County prior to removal of said corners and/or witness objects.
