Common use of Present Employees Clause in Contracts

Present Employees. The YWCA agrees to enroll each of its present employees as a participant in the Fund as of the date such employee first becomes eligible to be a participant in the Fund under the applicable eligibility requirements set forth in the Plan Document of the Fund.
