Present Employees. Each Professional Employee currently employed by the District is entitled to one higher step on the salary schedule, for each year of continuous teaching experience under contract with the District; provided, however, there was no step increase granted for the 1999-2000 contract year and no step increase granted for the 2010- 2011, the 2011-2012 or the 2013-2014 contract years.
