Management Contracts The Recipient agrees that from the date hereof until the date on which none of the Infrastructure Bonds, of which the proceeds were used to pay or reimburse the costs of the Project, remain outstanding (the "Agreement Term"):
Employment Contract The Company and Executive acknowledge that the terms of his employment are set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, award or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement, or as may otherwise be available in accordance with the Company’s established written plans and written policies at the time of termination.

Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. Direct Contracting Goods and works which the Association agrees meet the requirements for Direct Contracting may be procured in accordance with the provisions of said procurement method.
Plan Document Controls The rights granted under this Agreement are in all respects subject to the provisions set forth in the Plan to the same extent and with the same effect as if set forth fully in this Agreement. If the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Plan document, the Plan document will control.
AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT DATE September, 2020 The employment contract between School District 271, Kootenai County, State of Idaho, and XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX for the 2020/2021 school year is hereby amended as follows: The salary to be paid this certificated employee will be changed to $69133 placement: BA plus 85 credits on year 28.5 working 1 FTE (190). This amendment to the contract only changes the placement and salary amount. Other items listed in the original contract remain the same.
