Present Conditions to Continue. All rights, benefits, privileges and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Board shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Board and the Union.
