Common use of Prescription Clause in Contracts

Prescription. Claims against the Issuer in respect of principal and interest on the Notes represented by this permanent Global Note will be prescribed after 10 years (in the case of principal) and five years (in the case of interest) from the Relevant Date (as defined in Condition 7).
