Common use of Prepayment Option Clause in Contracts

Prepayment Option. (a) Subject to Articles 5.2.2 (Prepayment Fee) and 5.4 (General), the Borrower may prepay all or part of any Tranche, together with accrued interest (including any interest under Article 4.1 (Payment in Kind (PIK) Interest)), any Prepayment Fee and indemnities if any, and any amount due under any Finance Document in connection to such Tranche, upon giving a Prepayment Request with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days prior notice specifying:
