Prepare Record Drawings. The ENGINEER will prepare record drawings upon completion of construction. The record drawings will be prepared based on redline as-built information maintained and provided by the CONTRACTOR. Field data, information, and sketches developed by the ENGINEER will also be incorporated into the record drawings. The record drawings will include all above grade changes from the original construction drawings. Changes made to reflect the as-installed conditions will be made in the same level of detail and to the same degree of drafting quality as the original construction drawings. The following copies of the record drawings will be provided to the City: one CD with electronic files (pdf), and two copies on bond paper (22” x 34” sheet size).
