Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, Xxxxxxxx agrees to meet with Xxxxxx’s architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly reviewing preliminary space plans for the layout of the Premises prepared by Xxxxxx (“Space Plans”). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord.

Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, Tenant agrees to meet with Landlord’s architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly preparing preliminary space plans for the Tenant Improvements acceptable to Tenant (“Space Plans”). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Landlord, acting reasonably and in good faith, shall have five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Space Plans to advise Tenant in writing if Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans and the specific reasons for such disapproval (“Landlord’s Objection”). Landlord’s architect will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval and Tenant for Tenant’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord in Landlord’s Objection. The foregoing process shall then be repeated until the Space Plans are approved, or deemed approved, by Landlord; provided, however, Landlord’s comments shall be limited to any changes reasonably required by Landlord based on its initial review of the Plans and not made by Tenant, as well as any changes required as a result of the changes made by Tenant which could not have been reasonably anticipated by Landlord at the time of making its initial changes. If Landlord does not timely provide Landlord’s Objection, the Space Plans shall be deemed approved by Landlord.
Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, Tenant agrees to meet with Landlord's architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly preparing preliminary space plans for the layout of Premises ("SPACE PLANS"); provided, however, that Tenant may at its option select the space planner so long as (i) the cost thereof is commercially reasonable (as determined by Landlord in the exercise of its reasonable discretion), and (ii) such space planner agrees in writing in favor of Landlord to observe all deadlines contained in the Work Schedule. The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord's approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord.

Landlord hereby approves the use of Ocio Design Group as Tenant’s architect for the Tenant Improvements. The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule, which shall in any event be within three (3) business days of submittal to Landlord. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule (which shall in any event be within five (5) business days of submittal to Landlord, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord. Landlord will respond to any Tenant submittal within three (3) business days.

The Space Plans shall be submitted to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval, which approval shall be granted or withheld by written notice to Lessee delivered not later than five (5) business days following Lessor's receipt of the proposed Space Plans. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that it shall be reasonable for Lessor to disapprove the Space Plans or Plans if the same do not include, at a minimum, the types of improvements necessary to operate the Premises as a first class industrial/office facility, within the budgetary limits of the Allowance (as defined below). If Lessor shall disapprove of any portion of the Space Plans, Lessor shall advise Lessee in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor. Lessee shall then submit to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval, a redesign of the Space Plans, incorporating those revisions required by Lessor, which approval shall be granted or withheld by written notice to Lessee delivered not later than five (5) business days following Lessor's receipt of the proposed Space Plans.

In accordance with the Work Schedule, Tenant shall cause the Architect to promptly prepare detailed space plans and computer-aided design ("CAD") drawings for the layout of the Tenant Improvements in the Building ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design and layout of the Tenant Improvements in the Building and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. This process will be repeated until the Space Plans are mutually approved by Landlord and Tenant.

If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor. Lessee's Contractor shall also prepare detailed space plans sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Leasehold Improvements therein ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans shall be submitted to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval. If Lessor shall disapprove of any portion of the Space Plans, Lessor shall advise Lessee in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor. Lessee shall then submit to Lessor for Lessor's reasonable approval, a redesign of the Space Plans, incorporating those revisions required by Lessor.
