Preparation for Placement. If the placement occurs before the time the approved assessment tool is completed, the rate that is determined when the approved assessment tool is completed will be retroactive to the first day of placement. Within seven (7) business days of the placement, the Contractor shall prepare a Treatment Plan that is consistent with the Child’s ICPR and current Case Plan. The Treatment Plan shall address the primary reasons for placement as well as a method for achieving the Child’s Permanency Plan. The Contractor shall ensure that its staff, the Child him/herself, and any significant family member(s) and/or significant individual(s), are actively involved in the treatment planning process. The Contractor shall update the Treatment Plan every ninety (90) days.

Preparation for Placement. If the placement occurs before the time of assessment, DCS will pay only the maintenance payment until after the approved assessment tool has been completed unless an exception has been approved by DCS. DCS may, in exceptional circumstances, as DCS determines, pay an amount greater than the maintenance payment at the time of placement and before completion of the approved assessment tool. Within forty-five (45) days of the placement, the Contractor shall prepare a Treatment Plan that is consistent with the Child's ICPR and current Case Plan.

The Contractor shall ensure that its staff, the Child him/herself, and any significant family members and/or significant individuals, are actively involved in the treatment planning process. The Treatment Plan must be completed within the timeframe set for Medicaid for both the medically necessary portions of the Treatment Plan and the non-medically necessary portions of the Treatment Plan. For providers that are not providing behavioral health services, treatment plans must be completed within seven (7) days of admission.

Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Preparation of Filings The Parties will co-operate in the preparation of any application for any required Authorization and any other orders, registrations, consents, filings, rulings, exemptions, no-action letters and approvals, and in the preparation of any documents, reasonably deemed by any of the Parties to be necessary to discharge its respective obligations under this Agreement or otherwise advisable under Applicable Laws.
