PREPARATION FOR OPERATION. 7PREPARATION FOR THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES The Contractor shall provide to the Authority no later than 16 January 2015, and in such form as may reasonably be required by the Authority, the agreed Mobilisation Plan, the agreed Transition Plan and the agreed Transformation Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Parties are unable to agree the Mobilisation Plan, the Transition Plan and the Transformation Plan in accordance with clause 7.1 (Preparation for the Operation of the Services), the matter may be deemed a Dispute by the Authority and may be resolved in accordance with the provisions of clause 56 (Dispute Resolution). From and including the date that the Mobilisation Plan, the Transition Plan and the Transformation Plan are agreed until the Services Commencement Date, the Contractor shall implement and comply with the Mobilisation Plan, Transition Plan and Transformation Plan (as may be amended by the agreement of the parties) to ensure that the Services are able to be provided on the Services Commencement Date.
