Common use of Preparation and Delivery Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the date which is 15 days following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).

Preparation and Delivery. On or before the date which is 15 days following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Relocation Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). Such working drawings shall be prepared by Architect (whose fee shall be included in the Total Construction Costs [defined below]).

On or before the date which is 15 days following the date on which final approval of the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and LandlordPlans, as outlined in Section 2 above, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). Such working drawings shall be prepared by Architect or another design consultant selected by Landlord. Unless otherwise expressly included in the approved Space Plans to the contrary, the Work shall be performed utilizing Building-standard materials and other materials that are readily available.

On or before the date which is 15 sixty (60) days following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and Landlord, Landlord Tenant shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant Landlord for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). Such working drawings shall be prepared by Xxxxxxxx, Inc., or another independent design consultant selected by Tenant (whose fee shall be included in the Total Construction Costs [defined below]).

Such working drawings shall be prepared by X. Xxxxx Entos, or another design consultant selected by Landlord (whose fee shall be included in the Total Construction Costs [defined below]).

On or before the date which is 15 30 days following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
