Prepaid Rents. Rents already received before the Closing Date by Receiver to the extent attributable to periods after the Closing Date shall be prorated.
Prepaid Rents. Borrower has not accepted, and does not expect to receive prepayment of, any Rents for more than two (2) months prior to the due dates of such Rents.
Prepaid Rents. Lessee has deposited with Lessor and Lessor acknowledges receipt of the sum of $N/A which shall be held by Lessor, without accrual of interest, as prepaid rent on account of N/A of this Lease. If any of the rents herein reserved or any other sum payable from Lessee to Lessor hereunder shall be overdue or unpaid, or should Lessor make payments on behalf of Lessee, or if Lessee shall fail to perform any of the terms of this Lease, then Lessor, at its option and without prejudice to any other remedy which Lessor may have on account thereof, may appropriate and apply said entire amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary to compensate Lessor, toward the payment of any rent or additional sum due hereunder or to any loss or damage sustained by Lessor due to such breach on the part of Lessee; and Lessee shall forthwith upon demand restore said rents to the original sum deposited.
Prepaid Rents. Seller shall xxxxx Xxxxxxx a credit equal to the amount of all prepaid Rents paid to Seller at or prior to the Closing Date by Tenants under the Leases or otherwise relating to the leasing and operation of the Property and other items of prepaid income relating to the Property. Except as set forth in Section 11.1.5, all free rent, operating expense abatements and other rent concessions applicable after the Closing Date shall not be the basis of any credit to Bedford.
Prepaid Rents. Lessee shall not prepay, and Lessor shall not accept, any of the rents or income due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance, except with the written consent of Lender.
Prepaid Rents a) Owner understands and agrees that Agent will retain "Pre-Paid Rents" in a non-interest bearing trust account until said rent is due and payable. At this point, the rent will be remitted to the Owner as "Proceeds.”
Prepaid Rents. There shall be a credit at the Closing in favor of the Purchaser against the Purchase Price in the total amount of all rents and other amounts paid by tenants under the Leases before the Closing to the extent such amounts are applicable to periods on and after the Closing.
Prepaid Rents. Prepaid rentals and other resident or tenant charges received by Seller for periods after the Current Month, shall be credited in favor of Buyer against the Purchase Price.
Prepaid Rents. Seller shall xxxxx Xxxxxxx a credit equal to the amount of all free rent, any prepaid rent that would reduce any Tenant’s obligation to pay rent to Bedford after the Closing, operating expense abatements and other rent concessions applicable after the Closing Date under leases in effect as of the Closing Date (which credit may be given as part of the prorations under Section 8.8.2 above).
Prepaid Rents. Any prepaid rents under the Leases which are allocable to the period following the Closing shall be credited to Buyer at the Closing.
