Premium Subscription. Lookout may make certain Lookout Services (such as our mobile apps or premium features) available to you for a fee (each such Lookout Service, a “Premium Subscription”). These Premium Subscription(s) are provided to you for a monthly, annual or other subscription term specified at the time you place your order (the “Subscription Term”). With respect to Premium Subscriptions, the rights granted to you above: (i) are subject to our receipt of payment of the applicable fees (either directly from you or from the Distributor through whom you purchased the product) and (ii) end when your Subscription Term is cancelled or terminated.
Premium Subscription. The ****:
(a) attributable to the Premium Subscription in the relevant ****; and
(b) in the relevant ****, subject always to Paragraph 10(b) below and regardless of whether **** in such ****.
Premium Subscription. (a) Each Subscriber with a Premium Subscription shall be entitled to store and play back Cached Downloads in an online and offline environment on up to **** Approved Devices registered to his/her User Profile at any given time.
(b) Such Subscribers shall be permitted to commission and de-commission different Approved Devices registered to their User Profile for use with Cached Downloads during the duration of their Premium Subscription, provided always that the aforementioned device limits per User Profile are enforced by Company via technical or other means.
Premium Subscription. The Premium Subscription allows Merchant to access the Company’s Online Service including EZPay™ Plans that include the Payment Guarantee feature, E-Invoices, PayNow, Collection Referral, ReConnect, Resolve and the Merchant’s Dashboard from one location with up to 5 users. Merchant is assessed a Premium Subscription Fee by Company of $59.00 per month.

Premium Subscription. If you would like to use the application outside of the free trial period or participate in any activity that we deem part of our Premium Services, then you can upgrade your account to a premium account. Our premium accounts are subscription based. When you sign up for our Premium subscription you agree to pay all applicable fees, and accept that your iTunes or Google Play account will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of you subscription or trial period and your iTunes or Google Play account will be automatically charged on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable, until you cancel your subscription. If we are unable to charge your account or are otherwise unable to obtain payment for Services when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Premium Services until we receive payment from you. For example, and without limitation, if we are unable to charge your iTunes account when a payment is due, we may downgrade your access to our free service and limit the functionality of your account, at our discretion. Any limits imposed on your usage will be lifted once we can process a payment or you sign up for our Premium Services at a later date.
Premium Subscription. While Salams is available for free, we also offer an optional monthly premium subscription called Salams Premium. Pricing is displayed in the app. As with all subscriptions: payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase; your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period; you can manage your subscriptions and switch off auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes Account Settings after purchase; you cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.
