Common use of Premium Pay Clause in Contracts

Premium Pay. A. Time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight time regular rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of eighty (80) hours in any fourteen (14) day period.

Premium Pay. A.
