Premium Overtime Pay. Premium overtime pay (pay over normal hourly pay) will not be allowed without written authorization from the Contract Administrator. If allowed, premium overtime pay shall not exceed 2 percent of the total direct salary cost without written authorization from the Contract Administrator.
