Premium Overtime Pay. Non-exempt employees who work in excess of the hours per week or tour of duty specified in the applicable Unit Agreement shall be paid for all such hours worked at one and one-half (1.5) times their regular straight time hourly rate.
Premium Overtime Pay. Premium overtime pay (pay over normal hourly pay) will not be allowed without written authorization from the Contract Administrator.
